When You said, “Seek My face, My heart said to You, “Your face, Lord, I will seek.” Psalm 27:8.NKJV
Seek, bagash, Strong’s #1245: To seek, to look with expectation of finding. To search until the object of the search is located. Bagash can apply to finding a person (Seek to meet up with Jesus), a particular item(Saul looking for his father’s donkeys), or a goal (Seeking to destroy a city, 2 Samuel 20:19).
Peace is to be searched for earnestly (Ps.34:14). The Lord’s face, that is, His presence, must especially be sought (Ps.27:8).

Good one Manny…
I hope the seeker friendly folks would truly ‘bagash’ His face… But then again, their congregations would look dramatically different if they really put this verse in action…

I’m with Delight, Manny; a good one.
Now I am curious what the word for seek is in the Greek as one of my favorite verses has always been Matthew 6:33.
God’s blessings…
