Fill, male’; Strong’s #4390. To fill, fill up, be full; to fulfill. Male’ is a group of Hebrew words relating to fullness and fulfillment: as in to fill something up to the brim (2 Kings 4:6); causing something to be thoroughly saturated (as was Naphtali, “full” of the blessings of the Lord, Deuteronomy 33:23); fulfilling one’s word, that is, to declare that one will do something, and then to do it (1 Kings 2:27).

God promises to fill all the Earth with awareness of His glory (Numbers 14:21; Hab. 2:14). Male’ is the used in the OT to describe being filled with the Spirit of God (Ex. 31:3; Mic. 3:8).
