Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ…Philippians 1:6.
The Apostle Paul is confident that the Philippians will continue to bring forth fruitful works until Jesus returns. Paul’s belief is based not on their own faithfulness, but on God’s plan, purpose, and faithfulness until Jesus returns.
Good, agathos, Strong’s #18. Good in a physical as well as moral sense, which in turn produces benefits. The word is used of persons, things, acts, conditions, and so on.
A synonym of agathos is kalos, Strong’s #2570. This is a very descriptive word meaning, that which is beautiful, pleasing, acceptable, excellent, serviceable, attractive, and honest.
The Parable of the Dragnet Matthew 13:47-50 is an excellent example of this word.

A great verse, Manny.
“Paul’s belief is based not on their own faithfulness, but on God’s plan, purpose, and faithfulness until Jesus returns.”
What a comforting thought that it is God who will complete the work. To God be the glory!!!
